    Why do Sainsbury’s delivery drivers think they are emergency services & have the authority to block a public high road ??When asked to move Sainsbury's driver had the cheek to state that they are working & I need to turn round.To add to this once Sainsbury's finished his delivery and moved his vehicle he parked it on the pavement completely blocking the footpath Causing pedestrians to walk into the road due to Sainsbury's selfish incompetence(Location :Welham Green AL)

    Nice little shop for picking up a few bits - even had stuff I couldn't get in the much bigger Tescos around the corner. Only one star though for forcing me to self checkout a trolley load - I don't work there ! As usual the scanners only partly worked and only one member of staff to cover all the self checkout's multiple problems. Sort it out Sainsbury's- get some staff!

    A word of caution for other customers using this store - whenever you can, try to check your till receipt against the prices advertised on the shelves. I've now had to raise issues with Sainsbury's Customer Services on quite a few occasions with different products where the price actually charged at the till was higher than the advertised price - each time I receive platitudes assuring me that the error(s) will be addressed by the store management, but in practice they're often very slow to make the necessary corrections, and the same or similar problems then recur again a bit further down the line. So you can probably draw your own conclusions as to how seriously the Potters Bar store management are taking this issue - as a result, as far as possible we'll be taking our business elsewhere in future.

    Visited to buy cards and gifts for my daughter’s birthday.Unhelpful , rude and unprofessional service by Cathy, acting store manager . She will “give it a go” to action correct pricing . “We have a lot of pilfering in the alcohol aisle “and “ all branches of Sainsbury’s nationally have a tannoy that requests staff to attend the alcohol aisle as soon as a customer enters the aisle”. This is untrue.Her final comment , over her shoulder “Whatever “!!No wonder Sainsbury’s is losing it’s market share ,rude staff like this do not inspire loyalty from paying customers.
